Cornerstone

Cornerstone is a group that has met for several years in the church centre on the 3rd Friday in each month from 7.00-8.30pm. Our aim is to include people with learning difficulties and to share the good news of Jesus in a way that is easily understood.

During the first part of our evenings we explore and celebrate together the truth about Jesus through creative teaching, worship, praise, prayer, caring and friendship. Our evenings conclude with a cup of tea and delicious cake.

Many of our members attend Sunday morning services and others have chosen to attend home groups where they join in with many of the social events planned by the leaders.

Through out the year we enjoy a variety of social activities.

Our greatest desire and prayer is that Jesus would become the ‘Cornerstone’ of each person’s life.
